Why I am running...

The City of St. Matthews is a great place to live, and work. And I think this reflects directly on the leadership of the city. And I am grateful for the work that the current council and Mayor Tonini have done, to make this the place that so many of us enjoy.

So why am I running?

I'm running to be the voice for those in St. Matthews that haven't been heard.

  • St. Matthews should be the leader in equality. We should engage in positive dialogue with those that may feel marginalized or unwelcome in our community.

  • St. Matthews should be the 23rd city in Kentucky to adopt a Fairness Ordinance, outlawing LGBTQ discrimination in employment, housing, and public accomodations.

  • St. Matthews should have a structure in place for supporting those that are homeless. This includes partnering with existing organizations in the city, to provide our police, fire, and EMS with resources to help those that are in the shadows of our city.
